Meet the Nigri's
Rabbi Moshe & Sarahle
Born and raised in Brazil, Rabbi Moshe has traveled the world, living in places ranging from France and Israel to vibrant and unexpected destinations like Argentina and Andorra. Along the way, he has shared the warmth and joy of Judaism with people from all walks of life in a fun and relatable way. Fluent in Hebrew, Spanish, Portuguese, and the universal language of connection, Rabbi Moshe loves bringing people together and making everyone feel at home.
A Utah native, Sarahle spent years studying in Chicago, Israel, and Brooklyn, immersing herself in Torah learning and developing a deep appreciation for its wisdom and relevance. Passionate about helping others find their place within the Jewish community, she is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging and a home away from home.
Together, Moshe and Sarahle share a love for hospitality and creating meaningful connections. Whether around the Shabbat table, over a cup of coffee, or at a community event, they enjoy bringing people together and making everyone feel like family.
After getting married in 2022, Moshe and Sarahle began their life together in Brooklyn before making Salt Lake City their permanent home. Since then, they have been dedicated to building a warm and vibrant Jewish community where students can feel at home, no matter how far they’ve traveled.
Together with their three sons, they are grateful to call Utah home and are excited to continue building a welcoming Jewish community filled with friendship, learning, and connection.
